Is this right for me?

Each of us is different, but often my clients identify with one or more of these statements:

  • I’ve increased my exercise dramatically, but that alone isn’t shifting the weight I’d like to lose

  • I struggle to maintain a healthy weight and my exercise commitment is making this worse

  • I am confused about conflicting nutritional information

  • I spend a lot of money on supplements which say they will help my performance, but I’m not sure they are working

  • I’m putting in so much work in my training, but I’m not performing as well as I wanted

  • I have a lot of problems with gut symptoms that prevent me feeling or performing at my best

  • My underlying health and or mental health is impacting on how I am able to make changes and the decisions I make in regards to my nutrition

  • I took up running as a way to try and replace some less positive behaviours (like over-eating) but now I’m just feeling more prone to them (e.g. hungry), and less in control of my choices
