Is this right for me?
I’ve increased my exercise dramatically, but that alone isn’t shifting the weight I’d like to lose
I struggle to maintain a healthy weight and my exercise commitment is making this worse
I am confused about conflicting nutritional information
I spend a lot of money on supplements which say they will help my performance, but I’m not sure they are working
I’m putting in so much work in my training, but I’m not performing as well as I wanted
I have a lot of problems with gut symptoms that prevent me feeling or performing at my best
My underlying health and or mental health is impacting on how I am able to make changes and the decisions I make in regards to my nutrition
I took up running as a way to try and replace some less positive behaviours (like over-eating) but now I’m just feeling more prone to them (e.g. hungry), and less in control of my choices
