We are all unique! What works for one, won’t work for all. In fact, what works for one person at a certain time, may not work for the same person all of the time. Life is busy, and it’s complicated. There’s a lot going on. I believe there is too much pressure on us, coming from many different angles, that we should be “perfect” with our diets, and that we have failed if we do not do this. That is not true. We can do our best within our circumstances, and that is good enough.

Therefore we start by reviewing YOUR current diet, health background and desired goals.  This comprehensive assessment then provides the insights to begin to develop an individualised diet plan, tailor made for you. 

But not all plans work the first time round (as you probably know) and so after two weeks we review progress, understand what has worked, what might need adjusting, and refine your plan.
